Niagara Falls is visited by 100s of thousand of people every single year, coming to see the massive water flow over the Falls. This is a scene that cannot described only experienced. Oddly enough, outside of this amazing wonder, Niagara falls is not the most glamorous inside the city. Housing is very affordable, things are relatively close by, but around most of the city the quality of life is not the best.

This is always so shocking to me, how does a place that gets 100s of thousand of visitors per year need so much revitalization? If you travel 10-20 minutes outside the side or east of Hype Park, it seems like a totally different area. Places like Lewiston, Lockport, Wheatfield and Sandborn are all beautiful areas surrounding the city of Niagara.

• Being so close to the Canadian Border, Toronto is 80 Miles away

• Amenities are close by, nothing more than a 10-15 minute drive

People & Lifestyle

Niagara falls is mostly a tourist town currently, but definitely has the potential to be a great mid size city. Housing is very affordable here, especially with the size if home you can get.

Things to Do

Niagara Falls has a bunch of things to do around the water, whether it's jumping on a boat with Maid of the Mist, zip lining across the falls, hiking through Niagara State Park or going to see some under water creatures at the aquarium.
